A Note from Mike Donahue
The Importance of Partnership
Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. When you bring your challenges to us to help solve, it provides the “why” behind our solutions, services, and recommendations to our customers. Putting our customers at the center is a fundamental principle that drives CloudWave’s strategic direction and influences every business decision.
We believe relationships don’t and shouldn’t happen only between a salesperson and a customer. While working with CloudWave, our customers may interact with our project managers, cloud operations, technical support, marketing, finance, product development, Office of the CTO, and leadership teams.
We strive to build trust, inspire confidence, and reinforce our partnership through these interactions.
At CloudWave, we pride ourselves on what we do and why we do it. The services we provide to healthcare organizations across the globe help our customers better secure and leverage the critical applications that allow them to serve their community. This is even more important to many of our customers and their communities, where they are the only hospital within ten or even hundreds of miles.
Our team believes in our mission to serve healthcare. We know our customers have a choice, and we are grateful they chose CloudWave.
Mike Donahue is the Vice President of Client Services for CloudWave.
