Our OpSus CloudCare Technical Service Desk, in partnership with GuideIT, is designed to deliver the highest level of desktop support available to meet the demands of busy caregivers.

We’re there when you need us. Technical Service Desk Support is delivered out of our U.S. call center, staffed around the clock by an experienced support team. In addition to phone support, users may submit requests and incidents through the secure customer portal and are able to track the status of their tickets in real-time.

Our MyOpSus portal provides visibility across all of your CloudCare support services, allowing you to see trends, and providing the ability to shift from reactive problem solving to proactive resolution, and allowing us to make continuous improvements to how we deliver services to your users.

Clinical Service Desk Support

In partnership with GuideIT, our Clinical Service Desk Support allows you to provide quick response to clinician issues with knowledgeable support resources who are focused on achieving first call resolution.  For more complex issues, we have enhanced escalation paths to route questions quickly and certified clinical resources on staff to respond.

Improved visibility through the MyOpSus portal enables us to make recommendations for modifications or updates to systems or applications that may be required over time and provides data to help us continually evolve services to meet clinician needs.
