CloudWave Announces Organizational Updates

As CloudWave continues its mission of providing transformative OpSus Managed Cloud Services for the healthcare community in secure private, public, and edge cloud settings, the CloudWave board recently confirmed organizational changes intended to nurture our continued growth, innovation, service quality, and financial stability.

Erik Littlejohn has transitioned to the role of President and Chief Operating Officer. Erik brings a wealth of both customer-facing and operational experience in healthcare from his prior management roles at Perot Systems and Dell Services. An integral member of the CloudWave team since 2013, Erik updated and enhanced customer service and delivery practices as Vice President of Technology Integration, and then Chief Financial Officer as the company invested and grew purposefully into a managed cloud service provider for healthcare. In his new role, Erik will provide direct executive leadership of the operational, financial, and technology development organizations at CloudWave, as well as general management of the organization.

Having guided CloudWave through investment and growth to durable profitability in managed cloud services, Peter Stone, formerly CEO, assumes the role of Executive Vice-President and will remain as a member of the CloudWave board. Peter will continue as a mentor and advisor to the senior management team.

Joseph Badziong has been elevated to the role of Chief Financial Officer. As Controller, Joe has worked tirelessly to streamline and enhance CloudWave’s financial operations, controls, compliance, and reporting. Joe has a passion for understanding each function of the business and the impact of financial workflows on its operation. His collaborative spirit will contribute substantially to CloudWave’s continued success.

In addition to his role as EVP and Chief Strategy Officer, Jim Fitzgerald has assumed executive leadership of CloudWave’s marketing, sales, and pre-sales teams. A founder and board member, Jim’s passion for empowering hospitals and healthcare customers with cloud technology fuel his enthusiasm for expanding and serving CloudWave’s customer community.
