As geopolitical tensions rise, hospitals and healthcare organizations are being urged to strengthen their cybersecurity posture against distributed denial-of-service attacks.

CloudWave’s Brian Lamberger emphasized the importance of preparation with Healthcare IT News’ Andrea Fox, recommending validating DDoS mitigation controls and ISP-level protections, along with rehearsing downtime procedures.
