A Note from Tim Quigley
New Year, New Perspective
I’m excited to inform you of an important update regarding our brand. After careful consideration, we have decided to phase out the Sensato and OpSus labels to unify and align our service offerings under the CloudWave brand name.
While we are saying goodbye to both the Sensato and OpSus names, we want to assure you that the delivery of high-quality hosting and cybersecurity services and our commitment to customer satisfaction will remain unchanged.
What does this mean for you?
- Same great services: Our services, offerings, and commitment to your success will remain exactly the same. You’ll continue to receive the same excellent support, products, and experiences you rely on.
- Updated branding: Over the coming weeks, you may notice some changes to our website and other materials. However, our core values and dedication to providing you with the best service possible are unwavering.
- No action is required on your part: Your current accounts, services, and contracts will continue as usual.
We understand that name changes can raise questions, but please know that this decision was made to streamline our service portfolio by leveraging the strength of the CloudWave brand and eliminating any confusion in the marketplace. We believe this change will allow us to serve you better today and provide expanded services in the future.
If you have any questions or concerns, we are here to help. Please don’t hesitate to reach out directly to me at tquigley@gocloudwave.com or any of your CloudWave contacts.
Thank you for your continued trust and support. CloudWave looks forward to serving you and continuing to be your partner for cloud and cybersecurity solutions.
