MUN Annual Conference 2023

CloudWave will be attending the upcoming MEDITECH Users Network (MUN) Annual Conference 2023, taking place on October 4-5, 2023 in Liverpool, England. The company will be located at table #2.

On Wednesday, October 4, 12:00pm – 1:00pm, CloudWave Vice President, Client Services, Mike Donahue will present, “New Approaches to Security Challenges.” The last few years have demonstrated that security threats are only getting worse, and now many “nice to have” security strategies and approaches are now “must haves”. This is being reinforced by the new recommendations being instituted by cybersecurity insurance providers. Items such as multi-factor authentication (MFA/2FA), air-gapped backups, Endpoint/Managed Detection and Response (EDR/MDR) technologies and solutions, and most recently, immutable backups, in some cases are now being mandated to protect healthcare systems running MEDITECH.
